Can anyone help with the following:

I can t seem to open videos sent by email - what program can i use and can it be downloaded free;

When I try to make a video - a message tells me that not enough memory to perform operation, but in my 16 mb card, only 1 mb has been used. I have selected the card and not phone memory in options;

Blutooth - is it worthwhile to buy the connection for my computer as I have heard of problems, and can anyone recommend the best brand of usb bluetooth connection - at Work I am on Windows 98, at home on xp.

Thanks
Pat

The memory in questions is not the card, but the main memory in the mobile itselt. Regarding the memory, you might have lots of programs running at the same time. If you press the menu button (the one below the rock pad) and keep it down, a list of all programs running will show. Move to each one, and press the right selection button until you reach EXIT. This should free some of the phone's memory.

Regarding the movie, are you sending via e-mail from the mobile phone to a computer? If so, you can use Quicktime to see it on your computer.

About Bluetooth. I use it and it's really handy. I have all my contacts (500 entries) synchronised between my desktop and mobile phone, I can move images and files from and to my computer, and install more software (look for our link to Handango in our main page).

Thanks for spending the time to reply !
No, only the phone running, and still the same message to delete some date first. Deleted the Britiney Speers and othe crap movies, but still no luck. There are little icons next to the movies that came with the phone and they are not next to the 2 movies I created, maybe that is relevant - the icon looks like a text page.

Thanks for the quicktime tip - will give it a go.
Any bluetooth hardware recommendations?

I use TDK and Bluetake. Both work great. Belkin is another good one too. We have some Bluetooth giveaways going on until next month - just enter the competitions.

Will have a look in the recorder thing later and post here.

When using the Video Recorder, have you tried to change the Settings to use the Memory Card instead of internal memory?

You access this by clicking Options | Settings.

I've sent as e-mail with success - MMS via e-mail failed, with only a black image being sent.

I have no problems with either method and use both regularly.

Have you checked to see if your connections are correct under settings in the tools folder. Your provider can send them to your phone via a service message which downloads the correct configuration automatically.
