Hi everybody!!
I´m live in Argentina and I tried to connect my palm(105) to internet using mi cell phone (Siemens S56) trought IR. My carrier provider is CTI, I called it, but his support is very poor.

Reading documentations in differents forums, I tested this connection using diferent configurations but it gave me errors.
One, is the famous PPP (0x1312) o something like that.

Does everybody know how to solve this problems? o can give a hand with it.
Thank.
Nicolas

Nicolas, this timeout error on a GPRS connection indicates that you need to know somethings to complete the connection. You need to tell us the username, password and what is the APN name to access the Internet. Ask CTI exactly these things (be direct in the question them you'll receive direct answers).

It's an Access Point Name, like a gateway. Operators have APN for WAP, Internet, Business, etc. Each have a name and some will not allow what you want. Of course you'll need to know the username/password to access the APN.
