My T3 era piece is playing up so that all music etc is recieved in mono (or occasionanly in stereo when I jiggle it). It is annoying as hell. I'd like to get it fixed but all serachs etc have come up with a blank. Can anyone, suggest a Palm specilaist (ideally in CHCH) who can fix T3's?

Are you sure it is the T3? Have you tried another headset as a test?

It's definately the ear piece. I've got other headphones that work fine on my MP3 etc, but don't on the T3. Depending on how much jiggling and pressure I put on the connection, I can sometimes get full stereo. It remind me of those bad walkmans from the 80's where the connction was always loose!
