You will get a better response if you go to the Pocket PC forums, as the Harrier is effectively just like any other pocket PC in terms of syncing with a 'puter

As for your question. If you want to synchronise the Harrier (and Verizon XV6600) with a Mac, check The Missing Sync, PocketMac Pro or PocketMac Lite.
