Can i make a bluetooth connection with the v710 and ipaq, and sync my new email while i'm away from my home computer? What do i need to do? Or should i take my device back?

What operator are you using? You should be able to do this without a problem - you need a data plan in your account though, to connect to the internet wirelessly.

Are you connecting ok then? First make sure your connection is functional. Download the free VxUtil and try PING some sites you know. If all is ok then next check the e-mail settings.

Make sure the user name and password are correct, the pop3 or imap servers are ok. Are any special requirements? Perhaps SSL connection or a different port?
