I was using my IPAQ 2215 and my V551 to navigate in the internet suddenly without any reason stop to work. I think the problem is my IPAQ because the bluethooth connection is made it and I can see in cellphone the GPRS signal but when I try to open a page from internet explorer I receive the message " The page you are looking for cannot be found"

Somebody could help me?

Do you know if other programs are working (like e-mail)? Also, are you 100% sure nothing was changed on the Pocket PC (no change in Conneciton configuration, etc?)

First thing you can try is recreating a couple of configuration files you could have accidentally removed. On your Pocket PC open File Explorer, browse to \windows and execute a program called welcome.exe. Soft reset your Pocket PC, and try connecting again and visiting a page.

You can test the connection by downloading VxUtil and trying a PING to a known host, like www.wired.com.

If it doesn't work, make sure your account is still enabled to access the GPRS service.
