Is it just me or is there no message there?

Anyway - If you are trying to connect via your phone, make sure your using the internet APN rather than the WAP one...

Also it's interesting to know what version your Pocket PC is running, because there is an update available for older versions.

For some reason my complete question never made it on the first attempt

I have an e740 toshiba using win2002 .I'm trying to connect to msn messenger account but it comes up with Logon to msn messenger faild because the service is not compatible with the
version of the program .I have tried to load the program again but still have the problem anyone please ???

Have you applied this MSN Messenger update yet? After doing this, soft reset the device. Make sure you download the correct one for Pocket PC OS 2002.
