Hi can anyone tell me which NZ mobile carrier can support MMS messaging while i am visiting from Australia? I need to be able to annoy my buddies by sending them skiing pictures from Queenstown.

Hey man,

Vodafone NZ on GSM is the one that will support MMS messaging. Which network are you on in aus?

Thanks JetBoy - that's what i figured from the Vodafone website.

My carrier in Aus is Telstra - they're not always the cheapest but they do killer deals on new phones if you sign up to a plan.

I'm pretty sure that Telstra do not have an outbound GPRS roaming agreement - in fact I just confirmed it - that means you better just take pics and send them when back at home. Unless you pick up a Prepay SIM on Vodafone here to use while you are here. They only cost $30 I think.
That'll be the best way
