I'm new to an IPAQ RX3715 and I want to order a bunch of extra's, skin, screen protector, chargers * 2, sync cable, and stylus. I did a google and came up with Boxwave and Javoedge.

Had a few problems on both sites when ordering as I'm making and oversea's buy.
Boxwave got errors and I could not proceed. And Javo I could not find postage.

So I emailed both of their sales dept's. Got a direct reply from Javo but here I am 2 weeks later and nothing from Boxwave.

So I sent my order to Javoedge! I would not buy from Boxwave as you can't expect any after sales support if they can't even give you pre-sales support.

Javo Rocks!!! And well... Boxwave you suck.

Cheers. Gazza

OTOH I had good experience with Boxwave, and that's where I buy my stuff. In general I have received my items in five days after ordering - in New Zealand.

Most of the times users find problems with websites is because either a firewall software, anti-virus or browser is misconfigured and blocking javascript or cookies.

Actually I must say they have come through. I sent them an email of complaint and they sent me an appology with an offer of a decent discounton my next purchase, bummer is I've already ordered the bits. Never mind.
