Are you sure the connection is established and working fine? If yes, then try this:

On your Pocket PC open File Explorer, browse to \Windows and tap welcome.exe... Follow the instructions, then soft reset the device. Try connecting again.

Open Pocket Internet Explorer, tap Tool | Options and tap Delete Files. This will clear the cache. Or simply hit the Refresh button.

Are you able to access other pages?

Mauricio:

I have a similar problem..so happens a co worker with the same pda has exactly the same issue!

I can browse most websites, cannot access secure sites e.g. webmail.shaw.ca

To date I have done the following:

cleared all files
soft reset + welcome.exe
hard reset +welcome.exe
dns audit (dont know what it does but shows no errors and indicates the pocket pc haas been assigned ips.)
(not my real ip but example)
q= why does it show a diff add
192.158.1.xxx but the audit show 192.158.55.xxx

I have been unsuccessful in getting the page.
