Tungsten X/Tungsten XX is said to run on Palm OS 5.4.9 and have a 312MHz processor, a 320 x 480 pixel display, Bluetooth 1.2, built-in 802.11b (finally!), and have an SDIO expansion card slot.

i was on the verge of buying a lifedrive, while grumbling about that slow hard drive that i neither need nor want.... I've cancelled my LD order, and now i wait.

cobalt was supposed to take over the pda/palmcomputer market
garnett is supposed to take over the smart phone market
but the hardware maker haven't played palm Src's tune

This TT7 is a frankenstein beast, that palm one made using bits from both of palm src's OS streams, both cobalt and garnet.
but offically it's garnet.

sounds bad - palm isn't nearly as stable as it once was. ever since the company split the quality has been steadily dropping.
