is there a difference between these two products? they are both listed on the imate website, but nobody seems available to explain the difference between them. if there is presumably one is an upgrage of the other

The PDA2k has a sliding keyboard. The PDA2 is similar to the original i-mate Pocket PC Phone, but with more memory, faster CPU and Wi-Fi.

pda2k has wi-fi doesnt it but the cdma equivalent (harrier) doesnt

Yep. There are two i-mate PDA2k models: PDA2k and PDA2k EVDO. In New Zealand we have only the PDA2k (GSM/GPRS) because Telecom New Zealand (CDMA operator) is sourcing the HTC Harrier directly from the manufacturer, not from i-mate.

Thanks, can one trade the pda 2k in for a pda 2 (paying the difference of course) and if so, is it worth it
