Well,
After installing activesync 3.7, I connect the usb and place my H5450 to the cradle, I get a message "Your device was not detected" but it says "USB is available" I tried this on different hosts but no luck!
Any ideas???
Thanks in advance...
Note:I am using win98 and h5450...

I've had this happen on my 2215 after first installing ActiveSync 3.7. My iPAQ was powered off and the cradle didn't see it. I then powered it on and it saw the iPAQ and then began to sync. I haven't seen that error since the first time after initial install.

Perhaps a USB problem on your H5450, since you've tried in other machines and all failed?

Where did you get this cable? On the internet or bricks-and-mortar store?
