My internet access has become disturbed recently and I have to fiddle both my phone point and my USB port and by random chance I am sometimes able to get internet access.

I have also noticed recently that whenever I turn my computer on i get an error message 'Internal Error 413....Could not create instance of mRouter Access Point'.

Is there anybody out there in the geek world who can point me in the right direction to get this problem fixed, my attempts with my internet service provider have been in vain and I am beginning to think maybe the problem is with my dell computer which I only recently bought.

Many thanks to all those that bother to help.

I am really unsure how this post relates to the Symbian Smartphones category it has been placed in.

I am moving it to 'Announcements'.

Have you tried a different USB port (not a hub)?
Tried a different phone port? Cable? Borrow someones modem?

Mrouter is a program that Sony Ericsson Pxxx handsets (maybe others) uses to route packets on the internet/lan as far as I know. It might be related then.
