I know this is mentioned here in GZ before...

and I just had another look and am seriously thinking of getting it.. :-)

I might wait till i got JasJar and will use it as my Auxilarily monitor. :-)

Innobec SideWindow 1.01

and also i found a site on how to make your own Vista Auxilarily Window with Pocket PC and SideWindow. And theoritically, you can even use WiFi with PocketPC and have your IM or Media Player (on desktop) travel with you? or something like that... hehe... check it out

Yes, it sounds good... I wonder if it would work with MaxiVista extending my desktop to my tablet PC and having a smaller window on a Pocket PC...

i think it might work because Windows Screen Properties sees the sidewindow-pocketpc as another monitor.

i have installed the SideWindow and was pretty good.

though the Window Display Setting is a little bit misleading, as the resolution setting on Innobec Display Driver listed the screen resolution as 1280x1024 without the option alter to other resolution.

however the Innobec display setting allow you to set from 320x240 to 1024x768. and the display boundary is limited to the screen. which is cool.

if you drag a window to the side from higher resolution to smaller Innobec Display, it will automatically put the window into focus.

I also found a great use of this device. Testing website without the need to change resolution or attaching different monitor. plug the pda up and change the resolution quick and easy without fuss using Innobec's Display resolution slider.

Now i can't wait to get hold of JasJar with 640x480 screen resolution... hehe.. and use it together with MultiMon. :-) and match it with Maxivista you can have virtually unlimited amount of display over physical video connection, or lan, or wifi or now.... activesync. hehe

Awesome...
