You need to ensure you have a dual voltage card or else it will not work in a 6680. Only a small number of the cards are dual voltage so ensure you get the correct one or you'll be stuck with a lemon.

You can get 512mb cards in NZ but make sure you shop around, there are some serious rip offs out there, there are a few people selling 512mb cards on trademe at the moment for $80 which is good value - many other sites such are trying to sell the identical brand card for double that (and they are probably all sourced from tech pac who are the distributors).

The maximum available size of the RS-MMC card is 512MB at the moment, however Samsung announced couple of weeks ago that they will start to ship 1GB RS-MMC card soon.

Always choose the dual voltage ones!
