I see that the HX4700 WM5 upgrade is coming soon. And there's WM5 devices for all HX2xxx series.

Will there be a WM5 HX4700 series? If so, i may more inclined to get that, then get a 3G phone (hopefully it is also a WM5 3G smartphone) and use WiFi/BT to get onto WLAN/3G.

Any news? a squeek even?

I read in some other sites that HP is no longer offering the HX4700 series in Europe. Not sure if this a move to bring updated devices or simply removing it from the lineup - which would be strange if they don't offer another VGA PDA.

I like HX2790 but i like VGA screen and seeing that HX4700 has VGA, and if i get its memory upgraded to 128mb and get WM5 upgrade then i should be sweet. but knowing that WM5 changed its way of using memory to have ROM and RAM.. i'm not sure a modded hx4700 with WM5 is a good idea or not...

I so like to see VGA HX2790 :-(
