This morning the trackball on my Blackberry Pearl 8100 is refusing to head south; it easily goes up and side to side but not down which is a real pain in the proverbial.

Any solutions or suggestions out there?

Regards

Murray

lol, that's why you don't want to have greasy fingers after eating hot chips touching your pearl trackball.

A big thumbs up to Vodafone! Phoned the Blackberry techos and got an incident number then went to the Vodafone Store at 681 Colombo Street and they fixed it in 10 mins. Well done guys...

Also thanks to Andy for his advice.
