Just bought Netfront.... everytime I try and browse it dumps me back into the Programs menu. What am I doing/missing?

Standard browser and e-mail programns work just fine.

Thanks in advance

Bill

Welcome to Geekzone... I had the same issue before. I have been using Netfront since version 3.0 on my Pocket PC. I installed version 3.2 last month, and it worked fine. A few weeks ago it start showing the same bahviour you are describing.

I don't know what is this, but I don't have it anymore, since it won't run on Windows Mobile 5.0 and I have changed all my devices...

Reinstalling won't help, so perhaps you would have to try a hard reset?

Ah, I see you are on a PPC-6700, so you are already using Windows Mobile 5 too. I think Netfront 3.2 won't run on WM5 yet.

Wow! No need to shout...

If you bought it through our Geekzone Software Store, then check the instructions for refund, otherwise you have to contact the store where you bought it from.

Sorry for shouting.... hate to upset your eTranquility..
and thanks for the reply and help. Any idea when or if Netfront will be compatible with PPC6700/5.0?

No problem - follow those instructions and you should get the refund easily.

As for an update, I am too waiting for one - I think the software is much better than Pocket Internet Explorer.

Access have announced a preview version of Netfront 3.3 but this will probably be a couple of months away before being released.
