I seem to be able to connect to my Wi-Fi connection, press send and recieve and the connection will automatically pickup that it needs to make a VPN connection before it can download the headers of my emails from the Echange server. However when I disconnect and it picks up a normal 3G connection it wont recognise that it needs to make a VPN connection to get my email. Any ideas?

Thanks

What access point are you using. www.vodafone.net.nz change this to web.vodafone.net.nz or direct.vodafone.net.nz

Welcome to Geekzone...

Perhaps you are naming the Exchange server by internal name (without the top level domain)? Your Wi-Fi connection is probably set to Internet and it is working as intended.

You should also have the Internet and Work connections both set to your 3G connection. See if this helps.
