I have a HTC Snap (Telecom version) and updated it to Windows Mobile 6.5 yesterday... I have noticed the Manage Folders option in Outlook Mobile is greyed out so I can set the email folders I want synchronising back to my Exchange server.

Has anyone seen this happening with this model?

Solved it by removing and adding the Exchange configuration again...

How does WM6.5 look like on non-touchscreen device?

p/s: Between HP iPaq Voice Messenger and HTC Snap, which would you recommend? I've been thinking to use another WM device other than Palm Treo Pro I have now... (oh and I'm using it on Vodafone NZ)

I really like the HTC Snap - it's very thin and light. The GPS is really fast too. Windows Mobile 6.5 on a non-touch device is not much different from its previous version though.

It looks exactly the same as 6.1 to me, nothing really changed as far as I could tell. Except for the browser and I'm now having problems with text boxes. I can't see what I'm writing once I run out of room, the text doesn't move along so the cursor is always visible at the end, so all my tweets are full of mistakes. Some browsing is better, but twitter is a pain in the ***. Will have to look into an app, but haven't got there yet.

@NickiB Twikini :-D

@Freitasm mmm how about its memory (RAM/ROM), both iPaq Voice Messenger and Snap have same CPU, and slightly different memory capacity. iPaq has 2.5mm headphone socket but with 3.2mp and LED flash... both doesn't have front camera (but I haven't use Video Call ever since Palm Treo Pro)...

Cheers for the tip, I'll look into Twikini tonight.

The other thing I have had trouble with since the upgrade (the UP part of that is debatable!) is accessing Your Telecom. I've tried several times to log in and had new passwords sent, but it spends about 5 minutes trying to process and then times out. VERY annoying because I can't check data/text usage like I used to. Texting is not an issue, but I try to cut down if I'm getting too close to limit on data near the end of the month, which is coming up.

Are you having any issues with that too Mauricio?

Yes, the mobile meter doesn't seem to work well on IE Mobile. I just use the online broadband meter on my Telecom login.

Chiefie 192MB RAM and 256MB ROM.

I'm on prepay so apparently don't have the option of checking online, can only access from mobile (which, by the way, wtf?), so basically screwed on that front it seems.

Personally I hated using Twikini on my HTC Snap and am using Panoramic moTweets instead

Second that recommendation for a HTC Snap

Personally I like it way better than an iPhone, sure its not the same as an iPhone but as a business device doing email/instant messanger etc it is awesome.  Dedicated hardware buttons, great battery life, 3.5G

I use Twikini but will try moTweets in both my current devices (the AT&T LG eXpo and the HTC Snap). But I really want a Windows Mobile client that can consume geo information and show me tweets around my position...
