Does any one know how to load and set skype in a HTC HD pocket phone running windows 6.1?

I installed it but wont load.

What message do you get? If you downloaded a .EXE from www.skype.com... then you must install it from your PC. To do this plug your device, and when the connection is achieved you run the .EXE program on your PC. This will copy the appropriate files to your device.
