i've been in nz for 3 weeks and will back to my country in Sep.

i cant use vodafone plan coz of contract,its too long for me.
is telecom bb plan work? 

from telecome website it cost about 30$ per month (400MB)
if i always use IM,FB and send email sometimes
is it enough?

if i use t-mobile bb device,can use with telecom network?

BlacBerry services are registered with specific networks. If this BlackBerry device is SIM locked to T-Mobile you have to unlock it first.

If it's unlocked you might be able to use the device for voice, SMS but when it comes to data plans you might have problems - even if the device is SIM unlocked it is still registered with another network for BlackBerry data and it may not work when using another SIM card.

i have 2 bb,8520 t-mobile and 9700 no-brand

if i use no-brand device,bold 9700,and it is the new one,will hav problem?
i bought it from my country,thailand.

telecom staff told me i cant use 8520 coz it has no 3G system
my friend will come to c me and bring 9700 to me next week
if use it with telecom bb plan,is it has problem?

The Bold 9700 needs to support 3G on the 850MHz band (aka WCDMA UMTS HSDPA HSPA) to get nationwide coverage on Telecom XT.

The Bold 9700 comes in two variants; one that supports 3G on the 850MHz band and one that supports 3G on the 900MHz band.

what about bb strom that Works with Vodafone sim and 2 degrees sim.
(didnt indicate that can use with telecom sim)
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 2100
