Hi,

I haven't been able to do a complete Hot sync with my T3 for a while. always get the following:

HotSync operation started 12/05/05 16:40:00
OK AutoUpdate
OK Calendar
OK Contacts
OK Tasks
OK Memos
OK Expense
OK Note Pad
OK Voice Memo
VersaMail - None of the accounts are configured for HotSync. Use the conduit to configure accounts to HotSync.
OK Documents To Go
Diagnosaurus Version 3.14 Build 37
Palm Version: 2.26
Unbound complete
OK Diagnosaurus
OK Adobe Reader
OK Skyscape smARTsync
-- Backing up db NovarraURLHistory to file C:\Program Files\Palm\ZhangJ\Backup\NovarraURLHistory.PDB
System synchronization failed
Protocol Error: Too many files. (4403)
HotSync operation complete 12/05/05 16:40:47

This error seems to be related to a conduit trying to open more than one file for synchronisation. I would check the last conduit before the error occurred. Perhaps remove the program and try to see if it helps?

Thanks freitasm for replying =)

The program before the error occurred is Skyscape smARTsync. Instead of removing the program, i customed Hotsync so that it wouldn't synchronise Skyscape when i do a Hot sync. But the problem still occurred...

Do i have to remove the program?? =(

Good try... You don't have to remove the program - but you might have to disable the other conduits too to find out if any of these are affecting Hotsync.
