Hello,

The keyboard of my QTEK 7070 just does not work. All of this started when i was booting the phone after it lost all the battery. When the phone booted it presented me with the rainbow screen. After some reboots finally made it to the PIN screen, that when i saw that the keyboard was off. I have tried to upgrade the firmware to the latest version (QTEK and I-Mate) and nothing..it boots normally now but the keys dont work. The strangest thing is that some keys it does recognize as being pressed (the backlight goes on, when power button or voice recorder are pressed).

Does anyone have a clue??

Regards

Luis

Welcome to Geekzone... You might want to drop it for service, and have it fixed and reflashed.

Sorry, don't know. You could try looking for authorised service for club i-mate, since in essence the devices are the same, different brands.

Mind you Club i-mate will not do the service or support this device (another brand/distributor), but their service/repair locations might do it.
