Anyone knows how to configure a Pocket Inbox to automatically poll a IMAP or POP3 server at regular intervals?

Happy Days! Found it myself ... in Windows Mobile 5 ... first create the account using the EmailWiz ... then select extra\options in the menu ... click on your account and navigate to page 4 and click on options ... and you can set the interval.
