Is their a way to download your contact information from Hotmail into your pocket pc?

If you mean is there any way to import your Hotmail contacts list into your iPaq, then yes you can. But it is not easy.

First you need to import your contacts into Outlook Express as per http://email.about.com/od/hotmailtips/qt/et072804.htm

Once you have done this you can export to file, import to another email client and sync your adresses with your iPaq.

So I can send them to outlook express then send them to microsoft outlook then to my ipaq?!!
