PLEASE HELP,

Trying to Upgrade to Mobile 5 on my hp 2415 , it says " your IPAQ pc isn't conected to AC power" , but it is through cradle.

Please help , if you can

I am not entirely sure since I don't have one of these, but is this still the ones that you can plug the AC adapter in the back of the cradle?

Anyway, try doing a soft reset just before starting the process. Tap Start | Settings and then Power and check that it reports "Charging". Then you can start the upgrade.

IT does say charging , but still the same problem, Anyone knows please help
