I can't find much information about GPRS services in El Salvador. But first contact your operator and confirm your account can access data services. Then ask them what's the APN name for Internet access.

If the help desk says "I don't know" or anything like this, ask to talk to someone that supports business solutions.

Then check our Bluetooth Guides for instructions. You might need an Init string, but this will be in the guide.

My APN is WAP.TIGO.SV and the company actually support services, it is possible to connect a palm treo with them because they give the instructions, nevertheless it seems confusing to me to connect my palm. I've tried with services that are not from my country but that does not work. I saw the default bluetooth connection string that is created with my v600 using the standard gsm driver and this is E0V1+CMEE=1;+CMGF=0. When i use the universal phone driver it does not let me see the connection. Any ideas with the APN give would be really appreciated.

I would remove the init string and use this one instead:

z;+cgdcont=1,,"WAP.TIGO.SV"

It should work just fine. As for how to check our Bluetooth Guides (link in a previous post).

I tried following the bluetooth guides in my internet connection i am dialing *99# and conecting the the bluetooth configuration for my phone, connection typ ppp, idle timeout never, query dns is checked, ip address automatic, no script. The phone connection is set to a Standard GSM model and i am using the string connection that was given previously. I'd like to know if it's particularly hard to connect to motorola phones or is it with all phones like this. I do not know if my problem is with the init string or with the number dialing because when trying to connect to the network service then i get on my palm CONNECTING TO SERVICE, but never goes trough.

Thanks for your help
