Hello and i hope everyone had a safe and happy xmas/ new year ..

my i-mate smartphone 2 is playing up on me ,, i cant use the #4 key more than once ,, it will only show one #4 then i have to use another key and then go back and delete that number and press the #4 if i want more than one 4 in a row.. as for texting ,, the 4 key will not show up any of its letters ( ghi) so its not helping my terrible spelling at all.. can anyone help me with this? is it the phone or software issues,, i have upgraded to the lastest firmware.. thank you
