Are the blackberry bold 9000 handsets sold by Telecom and vodafone the same hardware or do they differ in frequency support?

The 9000 supports 850, 1900 and 2100 WCDMA and quad band GSM which means on Telecom it will rereceive 3G signal through out the country, while on Voda in the cities it will get 3G and 2G GSM/GPRS else where.
