Welcome to Geekzone...

The phone number for the Vodafone GPRS connection is *99#, but this is not needed when you configure your Pocket PC for GPRS or 3G access.

As for the CSD connections (dial-up to standard modem), I am not sure all connections on Vodafone support this.

To configure your i-mate Jasjar to use GPRS and 3G: tap Start | Settings | Connections | Connections | Advanced | Select Networks | New. Enter a name as Vodafone GPRS. Tap on Modem | New and name it GPRS Connection. Select Modem as Cellular line (GPRS, 3G) and tap Next. On Acces Point Name enter web.vodafone.com and tap Next. Username should be voda password fone. Tap Finish. Back on the connections dialog make sure you select both Internet and Work to use this new connection.
