i have had one of these for about 6 months and cannot get the ringer volume up very high..according to the dealer i bought it form the ringer voume is set to its highest level..i miss a lot of calls...anybody else had this problem with this model of cellphone?

Would you not be better off comparing it to the same handset side by side

Often a home made or downloaded ringtone can sort this type of issue - play around with recording levels if you make your own...
