After years of trying to get a ipaq 1940 to sync with my nokia phone I am delighted to advise it doesn't and never will - as far as I am concerned. I accidentally broke the screen on my ipaq and replaced it with an ipaq 4150 and the bluetooth, wireless and everything else works like a dream.

I used to have a h4150 and I think it's one of the fasterst Pocket PC in the market (shame is out of line now) and best design/size.
