I bought the program and installed it. I set it to backup automatically. When it starts to backup the device there is a box that is checked that says “suspend device after backup.” If I leave this checked the device will not boot up correctly after the backup. If I uncheck the “suspend device after backup” box it restarts fine. The problem is that it rechecks the box every time it does an automatic backup. I have to uncheck it every time. This defeats the purpose of automatic backups. Does anyone know how to make the program not recheck the suspend device after backup box on automatic backups?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Joshua Hanson.

Nevermind. I just disputed the charges to my credit card for this software. I have tried for days to get help from the devolper with no luck. Oh well. I do love my american express card though. Took 2 min to get my card credited. I did get the SPB backup and it works great.

Josh.

It is a shame, because telling the developer about the problem would help have it fixed. It's hard to develop for Windows Mobile sometimes because some hardware are different from others, and sometimes things don't work that well...

I did try to contact the developer too, and was waiting before posting here. But since you have alrady received the money back this closes the story...

I've just heard from Sprite Software and the folks there asked to point out to their on-line support site, where they provide help for users of their software.
