I tried to restart using the button at the back.. then it restart but the problem is only the logo is coming out "PALM POWERED" that it nothing happen.. how can i restore it back? please help me..

gitec, were you just trying to do a soft reset?

If this didn't work you might want to do a hard reset then: press the reset button in the back and then (without releasing the reset button) press the power button.

Now release the reset button, and after this the power button. It will show a screen with instructions like "Page Up to erase contents". If you scroll up using the pad it should restore the Palm to the original settings, and make it like new.
