Hey there
When i plug my 7650 charger in, instead of displaying the word "charging" or "battery full", as ordinary phones tend to do, mine decides it would rather take it easy, and displays "NOT CHARGING"!! The power outlet, charger and battery definately work with other phones. Could this be a software problem caused by me messing around with it??

I don't think there's any setting that could cause this. It's more likely to be a battery problem - have you tried another set?

It's time for your mobile phone to visit the repair shop. It's probably the internal charging module then...
