can anyone help????? just got a new p800 and cannot install pc suite on windows xp.
I keep getting the 'Internal Error 143' cannot create mrouter access point. I have no idea what to do and the SE customer care is not helping either.Please help.

Dyan, do you have Admin privileges on this machine? If yes, then you can try creating another user with admin privileges and use the new user to install the software.

Also make sure to disable ANY antivirus you have on this machine.
