Currently using TomTom Navigator on PocketPC in Australia and assessing options for NZ

I see two options are Guider (NZ$290) and Navman (cannot find pricing for NZ PDA version)
Can anybody reflect upon experiences of either software and maps, and which is preferred.

Will be used for South Island.

Navman (just the software) is really good. I have it installed on an old iPaq h3970 used just for navigation. Bear in mind it won't work with Windows Mobile 5 devices, due to the strange installation/license procedure that uses ActiveSync (which is very different from Windows Mobile 2003 to Windows Mobile 5.0).

Overall the maps are of good quality, quite up-to-date and easy to use. Navigation works as expected, with good voice instructions, route calculation, etc. The package comes with full NZ maps and costs (at the time of this post) NZ$444 at Dick Smith. The product code to search is D6523.

Do you have a link for Guider, please?
