Hello friends,

I'm broken like my beloved Qtek 2020. I downloaded a new ROM update

200681541RUU172180WWE_Brightpoint_Generic_ship.exe

for my
R 1.14.00
G 1337.24
D 1.72.00 WWE

Earse of ROM worked fine and start of loading too. But in the middle of the loading, at 16% my PC frozen and upload stopped.
After half an hour I saw no other chance than a restart. But active syn does not see my device anymore, neither does the device show anything else than a dark screen (no light) with Qtek and the values above.

Any advice how I can get a my device running again. I had planned to use it for navigation during my holiday which starts in a few days. Any advice is highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Bernhard

You can try a soft reset and start the process again. If it doesn't work, then you will need to have it reflahsed at a service store.

Dear fritasm,

well, I really tried all this ... but it seems that a service is the only help. Thanks for you attempts.

An advice to all. Clear all other activities on the PC (certainly internet etc.) before you do a ROM upgrade.

Kind regards,

Bernhard
