Two things make me think so:
1) Sprint is now offering it.
2) Telecom are giving some cutomers the 650 for free.

Not sure the 700p offers anything much we'd use though - 1xRTT is perfectly fine for syncing email/calendar.

The 700p offers more memory, a better camera, better included software AND its EVDO. But I wouldn't expect anytime too soon...
