Hi again all! :)

I tried syncing on a friend's computer with a guest partnership.  The activesync window status said "connected" but I wasn't able to access the internet.  I had the "passthrough" set as "the internet".

I just kept getting the error message (in Netfront) "Cannot load page.  Type: DNS no server is specified".

I guess I must be missing something somewhere - can someone please point me in the right direction?  :)

The only thing to check is firewall rules on the host PC.

Thanks Mauricio - I guess I'll just forget this idea, because I don't really want to ask my friend to change their firewall settings. I just thought if I could connect simply, that would be cool, but it's no big deal. :)

Well, in theory yes it is simple: just connect and use... But each PC has a different configuration, and security settings are a pain...
