Hi, (I hope the photos above make some sense)

I own a Nokia 3250 and have a Sitecom Bluetooth adaptor connected to my PC.

I use PC Suite to communicate with my phone and it works perfectly.

I would like to share the interner I have on my computer (wireless 11.0 mgps) with my Nokia 3250 via bluetooth.

I have read the tutorial a few times but am experiencing a problem.

It keeps refering to go to the "My Blutooth Places" folder which I dont have.

And I guess for the same reason I am not managing to work with the m-Router.

I really want this to work so please if you know how to fix this please help.

Now this is a post to catch attention... I am sorry, but the latest mRouter versions won't allow you to share Internet connections - not the ones distributed with your smartphone that is.

There's a mRouter version for development and testing, but I am not sure which version it is in relation to your. Try the download directly from the company, Intuwave.

As for configuration, the screenshots can be different, but the idea is the same: create an incoming serial port in your Bluetooth configuration (if not there already) and make sure to configure mRouter to connect on this port. Create a second port (this time outgoing) and configure it to connect to your phone by default. Then establish the connection from your phone.

Hey,

I am afraid I dont thing you understood my problem,

In the tutorial on how to share the bluetooth connection to a mobile phone, it keeps refering to "My Bluetooth Places" folder. I dont have that folder. Why?

I dont thing that has anything to do with the m-Router.

I understood the problem.

You may or may not have My Bluetooth Places depending on the Bluetooth software installed with your device. My Bluetooth Places is only available on Widcomm/Broadcom software, but the configuration functionality is similar on BlueSoleil, Microsoft, Toshiba, Sony and others - if your device uses one of these other software you will not have My Bluetooth Places, but you still have to follow the same method - create the incoming port, associate on mRouter, create an outgoing port, associate with your phone.

As for mRouter, read my post again. The latest version distributed with Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones do not allow Internet Sharing, as the older versions did. That's why I suggested you download the development version from Intuwave, the company who originally developed mRouter for Symbian devices.

Hey,

I downloaded the m-Router from the website you offered, but when with the option "settings" it says there is no connection specified/availlable (Bluetooth).

But I am communicating with my phone.

So I followed support, and added all the ports from my PC listed, and none of them seemed to work.

Im completely lost.
