The App

Microsoft App policies specifically forbid any app from linking to, or promoting mobile voice plans. Therefore these features were disabled for the Marketplace version. If you have an unlocked phone (Developer or Chevron Unlock) you can sideload the full version of this app which I provide exclusively through Geekzone.

If you wish to use this version you will need to download the XAP manually from the link below and deploy it to your phone.

Any comments please email me: crucias@revenantwings.org or PM me here.

Download The XAP From My Website

Note: This is not an official 2° app, but it does not require any personal information to operate. It also requires no internet connection.

About Sideloading

Sideloading is essentially deploying uncertified apps for testing or loading homebrew apps. This can be done using the Deployment Tool available from here;

Software Development Kit (SDK)

Unlocking

There are four ways to unlock but one is only available to students.

Chevron Unlock: $9 Annual fee to unlock phone, Microsoft endorsed http://www.chevronwp7.com/

Developer Unlock: $99 Annual fee through the app hub http://create.msdn.com/en-US/

Student Unlock: $00 through Dreamspark https://www.dreamspark.com/default.aspx

Custom ROM: Flashing phone with custom unlocked ROM Look For Dark Forces Team (DFT)

Looks good, I'm sure other users of 2 degrees will appreciate this for its simplicity. :)
