Has anyone heard of any software that, when an SMS comes into the phone, it pops up a message on the PC screen via activesync??

Is there such a thing? 

I always have my phone really quiet and have headphones on at work so would like to know when an SMS or a phone call comes in on my K-Jam.

You should try Jeyo Mobile Companion... It does that, plus backup of your SMS, and other tricks. Very cool software.
