we have managed to get WAP push message to a push client registered to the push router on a wm5.0 smart phone device
the same procedure on the pocket pc device, fails to get WAP push message to the push client.

Is there any difference in the way smart phone and pocket PC handles wap push messages?

Is the APN configuration the same in both devices?

Are both devices running the same AKU level (look at ROM build the number after the "." shows the AKU level, for example 14955.2.3 means AKU2).

Is the default connection the same in both Smartphone and Pocket PC?

Are you using the same SIM card? If not, perhaps the Pocket PC is not configured on the network side?
