There are many rumours on the net about the new Nokia N95.

A smartphone with 5MP camera, music player capabilities, built in GPS, WiFi... wow.

Oh My God... if it's true it will support HSDPA.

Unfortunately at the moment every website has different information. I said earlier it will not support, but more and more info is coming out telling that it will... what a phone then!

Yes looks like HSDPA support

But one thing to remember as the link above says that the phone supports HSDPA up to 3.6 Mbps and this may end up being not upgradable to the higher spec HSDPA that is coming next next year so by the times it and if it ever comes here to NZ this may become a very expensive phone not supporting the fastest speeds if you where to use it as a mobile office espically moving movies and large files.

Its a shame that these hitech Nokia's are so costly but this one in particular is like a mini pc and is rather high speced.

No not at all, it wont be upgradeable, sorry 4 bad news .. ..

I think that you expect too much at the moment, you see N95 support speeds up to 3.6 and you have to be satisfied with that, it’s the fastest smart phone in the markets ATM :!: However for me it is more than enough, especially considering that my networks support only 1.8 speed ATM.. ..

It isn’t so expensive IMO, especially considering all build features, it’s the digital camera, its the video recorder, it’s the m3 player, it’s the video player, it’s the powerful portable gaming platform with 3d hardware acceleration, it’s the GPS, it’s the PDA and after all it’s the phone that supports all actual networks and protocols including the HSDPA with speeds up to 3.6 Cheers,Teo

N95 is great.. but Nokia's implementation for PIM with Outlook support is c**p!!!

The phone book itself can have unlimited fields but not all of them can be mapped properly with Outlook contact's fields. IF only Nokia will implement better with their PC Sync or utilise ActiveSync for desktop Outlook sync (and don't tell me it support Exchange ActiveSync as not everyone runs Exchange!!!).

Seriously! all Nokia's phones are great! But its PC Sync is a let down! There are certain number of Outlook contact fields but Nokia's phonebook just doesn't map properly with its additional fields to Outlook... This is greatly unacceptable, and how does one know what fields in Nokia's phonebook is mappable or not? Which one is mapped to which one?!

If someone (preferrable Nokia PC Sync developer team) that can clearly explain their implementation of PIM mapping, that'll be great!
