FYI I have upgraded my WIN 7 64bit Home Premium PC to 32G RAM...arrgh only 16G recognised (hadn't checked WIN specs, fudge) as I had been getting some RAM errors unrelated to NMS... The PC is running appreciably better and NMS is just carrying on as usual  Fine....Still enjoying it especially the 70's SciFi graphics style.....Laurie

Also GOG.com's Galaxy game manager s/ware has proved to be really helpful....and I can now upload discoveries etc OK....its managing the NMS updates for me with no problems so far...Laurie

to make NMS for PC  (I have the GOG version) a little more bearable I've used a couple of mods from here

http://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/?

just for little things like removing the need for the long key press for activation of items and a mod for upping the capacity of slots along with stacking of those things that were normally unstackable it's now a much better game than before
