BF3 and the new elder scrolls game for me! (oh and diablo 3 if that ever comes out)
Really looking forward to both.

Gears of War 3, Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, Battlefield 3.

Not interested in COD MW3, just another COD.... no big deal.

I kinda surprised at the votes of support for Skyrim.
I played Oblivion right through then realized that it actually wasn't that good. I guess I was sucked in by the pretty graphics at first, its just the gameplay felt quite shallow looking back on it.

I've just pre-ordered Gear of War 3, as its definitely a game with some replay value in the co op and multiplayer.

For the rest I think I'll wait and see if any come down in price during the Christmas Steam sale. Obviously not BF3 or MW3 but maybe some of the others.

Hold the phone, I've just been doing some price searches and came across this website: http://www.nzgameshop.com/

Battlefield 3 for $66.50 and Rage for $56?? Yes please!

Also for you guys: Skyrim is $56

I'm guessing their stock is imported which is why they can set their own price. Wonder why haven't I heard of them before?

I found the complete opposite - I spent about 200+ hours on Oblivion and did pretty much every quest available. I also have spent loads of hours in the Fallout 3/NV games. I love Bethesda's RPG gaming implementation (apart from the bugs)

The games come from the UK (where prices are actually sensible), I ordered a couple of things from them recently, arrived in about a week no problems. Will be preordering a few other games from them, MW3 is $60 cheaper, I can certainly wait a week to save that much!

As a side note, Mighty Ape has also started getting into the "cheaper import" game. For some games, you can now buy the import version for $40-$60 cheaper if you're willing to wait a week or two after release.

You missed W40k Space Marine, releasing Sept 9th

Anyway TOR isn't being released in Oceania, so unless you import an American copy you ain't playing for 6-9 months after initial release.

I pre-ordered MW3 on steam today for 59.99USD which is pretty good

Usually their COD games are 89.99USD which is more expensive than what you can get it for retail locally.

Interestingly it put a ValveTest<randomnumber> game into my library rather than the actual game (which for preloads has a "coming soon" page when you select it in your library)

Mighty Ape just removed all the Skyrim imports from their website. So it doesn't look like they're actually getting into the import game.

Ooh nice! I just upgraded to a Core i5 760 quad and a new Cooler Master Vortex Plus (I have a slim PC so gotta stick to the smaller ones) for use with Rage and BF3, and also um... work... :P
