I'd trust DBrand, and some of those look quite sexy and quite a lot more acceptable in my living room than the searing white.

The Chromatic from the original link is quite sexy though.

They're just their usual skin designs but in PS5 sizes. I have the Swarm skin on pretty much all of my devices. Stands to reason I should get it for the PS5 now that I know about it, otherwise my ocd will get ticked off. I bet install is a nightmare on the bottom panel of the disc version though.

We have a high-gloss white lacquer entertainment unit in the Fun and Games Department - with a vacant recess in the centre-top. The white and black PS5 is going to look perfectly splendid in that slot - so I won’t be trying to change the colour of the panels anytime soon.

sonic1989: Hey guys, I was just wondering if HDMI 2.1 is a must or hdmi 2.0 is good enough? I've got an Oled tv (LG B7) that I've been using and it doesn't have hdmi 2.1 but definitely 2.0. and i kinda like the tv as its got amazing picture and sound quality. cheers

Here you go. Some US-only models but covers many available here.

haha thanks. I think the features doesn't justify another $4k to $5k for a new TV right now. I'll stick with my B7 Oled tv for this gen of haming. Might upgrade in few years time 8k/120hz for PS6 maybe🤷‍♂️

from what I understand, the 2.1 HDMI brings slight improvement in input lag and is good for 8k content, which isn't even available now, and specially won't be available for gaming anytime soon anyway

Yeah - I knew that was your plan - but I just strive to provide a comprehensive vigilant service. 😁

sonic1989: Just got a phone call from EB about congratulating me for being one of the people to get it on November 12th😁 and said to start sorting out the payments and trade ins before release for easy pick up. Apparently they're running a VIP thing for trading previous games at double the value, that is happening from November 3rd to 9th. sadly EB isn't doing midnight launch 😔

oh the guy also recommended i pre-order extra accessories and games like headset controller...etc as they're in limited quantities apparently but I'm not too fussed about that. He did say Godfall is sold out from thier store (st lukes store).

has anyone heard anything from thier shop yet?

I wonder if its the same for the series-x. I have a series-x pre order from ebgames but its online wondering when I should transfer the money from my savings account. I remember with the ps4 pro they sent out a txt a few days ahead to let us know they were going to charge our credit card. Hopefully its the same this time.

@ zepanda66

I'm pretty sure it's the same for Xbox pre-order. Mine was online too so I imagine it would the same. The other day when i visited EB high st, the lady had a list of people's names who will be getting their's on day one but couldn't confirm mine as the click and collect i had chosen was from st Lukes branch. If you want to check maybe go to the store you chose to collect front.

@ gehanna & eracode

you boys are in for a treat i guess with the extra features that comes with the 2.1😜

oh well, i guess I'm stuck with 2.0 for now lol

Mines for delivery not pickup. It says it will be charged 1-4 days before release date but we still dont know when post launch shipments will be. And if post launch units will be charged the same time as everyone else or at a later date.

I think confirming day one launch shouldn't be a problem whether you ordered for pick up or delivery. But apparently it does tell you about which shipment (i.e launch shipment or Christmas etc) if you login to EB website.
